ASU Templates for PHP

The ASU template page has been saying the PHP templates are coming soon for a long time now. Does anyone know when/if they will be available?

We don't have any plans to continue working on these templates, although some departments are using custom-built templates. I think WP Carey is, but I don't have a contact in that department.
