For Prospective Freshman what is the requirement to recieve the provost scholarship? I have heard you must be within the top 25% of your class, is that all their is?

scholarship is one of the financial aid that given by the government. it has a similar term with grants that no need to paid back based on background family's income, or academic/athletic performance. i think it is also related with another financial aid, best student loans at my web site. find out the answer and discover for further information.
