It seems as though since the last McAfee update some Drupal sites have been receiving an antivirus alerts. This is only affecting IE users, and could be the result of the jQuery javascript library. Try replacing the /misc/jquery.js file with the lastest release (1.2.1 packed). Clear the cache, and reboot. Let us know if you have found any other issues that may be causing this error.
