Hey Everyone,
I am really having problems trying to add metadata to my drupal site. Is there a built in module or function that does this or do i need to manually edit a documentin the theme folder. thanks

Drupal has a great module called Nodewords, which you can customize to include meta data for the site, content types and nodes. You can also turn off indexing for a particular content type.
