Hi, I am following this series to get to know Drupal so I can covert our department's site. I have Drupal and Wampserver set up on my laptop and everything is going well, but I am having issues with the ASU Zen template. Since I am not developing on an ASU server and don't have direct access to AFS, I tried converting thr URLs in page.tpl.php as you can see below. These are the errors I get. Is there something server side that is disabled?

I found an old Google cache from the ASU Zen Theme site that says "Error: "warning: include() [function.include]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration..." - If your site is hosted on ASU Web Hosting and you get this error after enabling the theme, email webconsulting@asu.edu and ask them to disable 'Open BaseDir.' "
