3. Research trends in culture/visuals/our competion (working group)
4. Brainstorming (working group)
5. First round of comps (with a wide spectum of solutions) developed
6. Gather feedback from: internal and external sources (see below)
7. Web Editorial Board review comps and decides on a direction
8. Second round of comps: working group refines the chosen direction/s
9. Gather feedback from: internal and external sources
10. Final comps: submitted to WebEd for approval
11. Code page in xHTML/CSS
12. Testing (accessibility, usability, browser, mobile, users) and QA
13. Launch
