ASU GUI A Revision 2

Revised Comp: Revisions include "A New American University" title, adding research as an article topic, and incorporating the standardized header and footer.

Of these comps, I tend to gravitate more toward this one with a more simple header and footer. It flows better with the rest of the website, and seems to be more in tune with the rest of the website, as a whole.

With this design specifically, I miss the featured news items. In my opinion, those are essential in keeping the website "fresh" and "alive."

Is there any way you could post a larger comp, too?

I really like the setup of this home page! It looks great, it's organized and it would be easy to find what you need! The colors are also fantastic as they don't clash with each other...

I like the layout of this design the best. I can't read any of the links to add more specific comments but I would imagine the links across the bottom are categorized quick links. It would be nice if the one main photo was related to the news story - and we could focus on one news item per day/few days. The current homepage is too newsy. I go to the school paper if I want to read news articles. I really want to see what the chosen links are on the page though.

this one is probably my favorite overall. One issue I have is putting the "Student Success" box next to the "A New Amreican University" box. The tilt in the title bar of the "New American" box fights with the straight lines of the "Student Success" box.

in Firefox, right click and select "View Image"
its a little harder to do in IE, so I'd stick with FF
