I am a computational scientist studying molecules of interest in bioenergy and healthcare. My current focus is on respiratory complexes, specifically ATP synthase, that converts chemical energy into mechanical energy with nearly 100% efficiency. Primary tools of my study are Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulation, high performance computation (HPC), GPU-supported MD simulation, and extensive analysis of large and complex data generated from the simulations.

In the past, I have studied a pH-sensitive cell-penetrating peptide as a part of my PhD in the Mertz group at West Virginia University, with the goal of developing a novel cancer-targeting agent.
