Welcome to the home site of Cyber & Network Security Group (CNSG) at Arizona State University

Directed by Dr. Yanchao Zhang, CNSG conducts fundamental and experimental research on security and privacy issues in computer and networked systems. Current CNSG focus areas include emerging wireless networks, mobile crowdsourcing and sensing, Internet-of-Things, social networking and computing, wireless/mobile systems for disabled people, wearable computing, cloud and edge computing, big data analytics, wireless/mobile health, and AI. CNSG is generously supported by U.S. National Science Foundation and Army Research Office. You are invited to check who we arewhat we are doingwhat happened to us, and what we have published.

CNSG is always looking for self-motivated Ph.D. students who are strongly committed to research, starting in either Spring or Fall. CNSG students can enroll into either the EE or CE PhD program in School of Electrical, Computer and Energy Engineering (ECEE) or the CE or CS PhD program in School of Computing and Augmented Intelligence (SCAI). Visiting scholars and students with matching interests and strong research background are also very welcome.
