Millimeter-Wave, Terahertz, and Photonic Integrated Circuits Lab (MTP)

Applications

Welcome to MTP lab!

We are interested in designing high-speed integrated circuits and systems across the various electromagnetic frequency bands such as millimeter-wave (30-300 GHz), Terahertz (0.3-3 THz) as well as optical wavelengths (1260-1360 nm, 1530-1565 nm). These circuits find applications in high-speed communication, portable imaging systems, and percision sensing such as Radar , Lidar and radiometry as well as space applications. Our group is also highly specialized in designing high-speed integrated circuits for harsh environemnes such as space with high radiation intensity and wide temperature variations.
