Shrivastava Lab

Biophysics, Computational Biology, and Microbiology

 

We study (i) the bacterial type 9 Secretion system-gliding motility machinery (ii) factors that shape spatial organization of the microbiome. Curiosity driven studies of the microbiome, bacterial motility, chemotaxis, protein secretion, and molecular motors are carried out at our lab.
